C.R.E.8.

Our mission is to serve those who are working to create a just world; we will do so by focusing on perpetuating their power, and removing their power inhibitors.

In essence, we will be combatting the drastic inequality of social, political, and economic power in our society. With a more equitable distribution of societal power, our goals for justice will have more momentum and be more difficult to stop.

Thus, our work will entail C.R.E.8.’ing a new foundation—what we call the 4 pillars of our justice.

Collaboration.
Reclamation.
Education.
All 8 billion people being represented in the political-economy.

Only upon this foundation can the policies we desire be strong enough to support our climb to justice.

1) COLLABORATION.

Unity is the greatest manifestation of power, as it can destroy, diminish, stagnate, facilitate, and/or augment all other entities of power; and unity cannot be affected in any of these ways by entities that are less unified.

Unity does not entail the loss of individuality—it is not uniformity, it is harmonious diversity. There are many problems that need addressing, and many ways to go about addressing them. We do not want this diversity to be homogenized; this diversity is necessary for justice. Thus, our vision is to see the fulfillment of all just visions, and for all to share this vision with us.

Collaboration can be the bringing together of groups doing the same work, but it can also be a collection of different niches doing all kinds of work. What's important is that all our work is supplemented with the unified demand for more power so that all can prosper.

Therefore, we will use our resources to facilitate collaboration among organizations, activists, dissidents, and politicians in order to maximize our power to create change.

2) RECLAMATION.

“Real change occurs from the bottom-up, never top-down”. But to be more precise, one of the main goals of grassroots organizing is to cause top-down changes.

This is not to suggest that reclamation is any more important than grassroots collaboration, however I am dismissing the notion that we only need to be more unified and the notion that we only need to nurture our capabilities by working harder and smarter. Yes, we absolutely must do these things, but they must be supplemented with more closed doors being opened, otherwise we will keep bottle-necking at the few doors currently available. Opportunity is distinct from capabilities; enhanced opportunity is the aim of reclamation, enhanced capabilities are the aim collaboration and education. Only when all 4 pillars thrive together can our greatest potential be realized.

Thus, we are actually fighting for power at both sources simultaneously; the power we reclaim from the rich will only augment the power we foster through collaboration and education. And vice versa, the power we foster through collaboration and education will only make reclaiming power from the rich more fluent.

To be more concrete, reclamation entails the major industries of the economy either becoming more democratic, more regulated, and/or nationalized; such as private education, housing/real estate, corporate stock/administration, credit, and insurance. And also, there must be structural reform of our political system for it to be a true representative democracy; such as replacing the electoral college system, removing financial power as a factor in campaigns and elections, hinder voter-suppression tactics, limiting presidential power, and reform of the judicial branch.

3) EDUCATION.

Legislation is only half the battle—the other is implementation. Ideas and plans are meaningless if the people implementing them do not believe in them.

Imperialistic/Barbaric ideologies (like pessimism, hegemony, compassion-borders, prejudice) stagnate and regress human development and societal progression. We must decolonize the social consciousness of these ideologies, that of which were/are used to excuse malicious injustices and oppress us.

However, these ideologies are already embedded in the social consciousness, so our goal is to prevent them from propagating, which can occur in two ways: if the social consciousness is ignorant or if it is divided. When we are educated and united—socially and academically—these ideologies cannot penetrate the consciousness.

Thus, preventing propagation is a two-part task: 1) we must prevent the root causes of it and 2) we must reduce the current level of them. Doing only one of the two isn't enough because one on its own is enough to keep them alive.

To prevent root causes we will reform education in such a way that it becomes the totality of our existence, not just something occurring when we are at school; that is, we will move into progressivist educational methods and away from strictly traditional education.

To reduce the current level of these ideologies we will facilitate community-building among groups (especially the youth of these groups) who would otherwise rarely have the opportunity to create bonds.

4) ALL 8 BILLION PEOPLE MUST BE REPRESENTED IN THE POLITICAL-ECONOMY.

We must acknowledge that while policy is crucial, no legislation can be passed without a majority vote in government. Therefore, as equally important as the policies we craft and the goals we set, is the mission to get the majority of all politicians to be people who actually represent US!

These principles of representation must extend globally because if even one person who is deserving is left behind then we cannot truly have a just civilization. In this ever-increasingly globalized society, what happens abroad has profound effects here in America; we are inter-connected.

Therefore, we will use our resources to help give those who are capable of truly being called a politician the opportunity to represent us in government. And we will work to ensure the flourishing of all peoples everywhere by promoting these pillars globally.
